Mission Statement

Elite Stone & Tile Care brings to our customers over two decades of knowledge and experience working in the stone care and maintenance industry. We strive to deliver not only exceptional quality services, using only the best products and the latest tools and technologies, but a passion to educate our customer — whether residential or commercial — with accurate information on how to optimally care for their natural stone, tile and grout surfaces.

It is our belief that the more our customers understand why their stone and tile require professional services, the better they will understand why proper maintenance is so important.

Our residential customers range from homeowners having only a small amount of stone in their home to those with stone and tile throughout their homes.

Our commercial accounts consist of office buildings, property managers and hotels. One paramount goal for our commercial customer is to educate them on how to maintain their properties to eliminate major restoration costs through the use of a proper maintenance program.

About our President

John Freitag has been in the marble, granite, natural stone, tile and grout restoration, polishing, sealing and the natural stone maintenance business in the Central Florida area for over 19 years. He has worked in some of the largest and most prestigious homes in the area and has been involved in restoring and maintaining commercial office buildings and hotels.

From hotel lobbies in large theme parks to the foyer or master bathroom of a residential home, John’s years of experience assures that your work will be completed in a professional and timely manner. John believes in educating his customer to inform them of why they are having problems and why the service is needed and how to maintain their stone and tile surfaces properly.
